EARL’S COURT TUBE STATION POLICE DESK
Turn the former ticket offices at Earl’s Court Tube Station into a Police Hub!
We are campaigning to turn the old front ticket offices at Earl’s Court Tube Station into a police desk.
Our local police have suggested using the space, but it requires approval from TfL and other stakeholders, including the RMT union.
We have long called for a Community Police Hub in Earl’s Court to restore a visible police presence, but the Conservative Council refuses to fund one. We also campaigned against the closure of the Kensington Police Station front counters. Using the former ticket offices would help fill that gap by providing a central, high-footfall base for local policing. This is even more important now that the front counters at Kensington Police Station are closing.
This is a straightforward step to improve safety and bring policing back into the heart of our community.
