you can be a councillor

Liberal values at every level of government — including local government — are key to achieving thriving and happy communities where everyone feels empowered and welcome.

We are working with Liberal Democrats from neighbouring areas to organise an information session for those interested in becoming a councillor.

Come and find out what it means to be a councillor. Listen to and speak with existing councillors, ask questions, be inspired and see what it takes to carry out this role which has a direct impact on your local community.
