Blaise Baquiche has been selected as the Parliamentary Candidate for Chelsea & Fulham. In response to his selection by local members Blaise said:

"I am honoured to be chosen as your candidate.

I grew up in Hammersmith and Fulham, and have lived across the Kensington, Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham area for most of my life. 

Recent Conservative governments have completely let down our local community. So many people I meet while campaigning tell me they feel ignored, and that they have no trust in politics at all anymore.

I want to send a message to this Conservative government that they have lost the trust of millions of people across the country in recent years with their out-of-touch incompetence."
